To know the SCR VI characteritics. Gate voltage : 0V, Gradually increase V1 . No conduction till 600V. Beyond 600V, SCR turns on. Gradually decraese V1. SCR turned off when IAK less than 2mA Gate voltage 1V. (Ig = 28uA). SCR turns on at 13 V
