This is a 91% Duty Cycle Astable Multivibrator using the 555 timer IC. An approximately 91% duty cycle for the 555 timer is achieved using two resistors in the standard astable configuration. With R1 = 12 kΩ and R2 = 1.2 kΩ, the output stays HIGH for about 91.67% of the time and LOW for the remaining 8.33%. This duty cycle output is then placed through an inverter thus making the LOW if 91.67% and a HIGH of 8.33%
